This session will provide an overview of the history of project management methodologies, what are the current challenges and how digitalization can overcome these challenges.
Project Management is not science or art, it’s a combination of both and hence it is not easy to replace a project manager’s role with complete automation. However, there are elements which are repetitive that can be digitalized saving a huge amount of resources.
The recent development of new technologies like Artificial intelligence, Augmented reality and Blockchain, there are crucial elements of project management processes which could be automated providing more accuracy towards project completion estimations and reporting.
